Penembakan 4 tahanan di sleman,Yogyakarta (jogja)

Pembantain 4 tahanan oleh kelompok bersenjata di LP sleman, Yogyakarta pada 23 maret 2013. Tragedi ini terjadi ketika Empat orang Tahanan ini menjadi tahanan titipan di Kepolisian DIY di penjara cebongan, Sleman. Mereka ditahan karena melakukan aksi pengeroyokan yang menyebabkan tewas-nya anggota TNI Angkatan Darat dari satuan kopassus Sertu Heru Santoso di Hugos Cafe Jogjakarta.
Empat orang tahanan ini lantas di tembak secara Brutal didepan 31 tahanan lain-nya oleh kelompok bersenjata yang memaksa masuk.
Peristiwa biadab ini menjadi berita yang menggemparkan Indonesia. diawal media massa menyebutkan bahwa oknum kopassus diduga sebagai pelakunya, tetapi dengan cepat pasukan elit TNI AD kopassus membantah terlibat dengan kasus tersebut.
Ini merupakan peristiwa berbahaya di Indonesia. Karena, pembantaian Empat tahanan ini sangat kasat mata dan Vulgar, dan pastinya akan menjadi sorotan dunia Internasional, PBB, dan Komnas Ham internasional.
Peristiwa ini juga pasti mejadi Concern negara-negara sahabat yang kritis terhadap penegakan HAM, conyohnya: AS, Eropa Brat dan Aussie.
Kasus ini juga akan mempersulit RUU kamnas, penataan peran TNI, Pemulihan citra TNI dan semakin menjauhkan TNI dari Rakyat. Dalam aspek Hubungan Internasional(International Relation) juga Indonesia pasti babak belur. kembali lagi dicap sebagai negara bar-bar, Negara yang tidak aman, Kacau, dan SBY dan pemerintahan Lemah.
maka dari itu semoga seseorang yang berjiwa ksatria mampu mengakui perbuatannya tersebut dan dijatuhkan Vonis yang semestinya. MERDEKA!

Kronologi kejadian:

Menurut saksi mata Supratikno,petugas penjaga pintu LP. Peristiwa itu terjadi pada tanggal 23 maret 2013 pukul 00.45. tiba-tiba pintu diketok oleh seorang berpakaian rapi dan memperkenalkan diri sebagai anggota Polisi Polda DIY. Orang itu mengaku mendapat perintah untuk membawa empat tahanan baru, yang dititipkan Polda yakni para tersangka pembunuh Sertu Heru Santoso. mereka adalah, Hendrik(38),Yohanis(37),Gameliel(33),Adrianus(23).
Sesuai Prosedur yang berlaku Supratikno menolak permintaan orang itu dan menjelaskan jika pengambilan tahanan harus seizin dari pemimpin LP. Tiba-tiba sikap sopan orang diluar itu berubah. Ia mengedor pintu dan kemudian datang sekelompok orang bersenjata lengkap. Lelaki berpakaian rapih tadi membetak dan mengeluarkan sebuah granat dan ancam ledakkan pintu LP. Supratikno dan yang lain takut dan lantas membuka pintu. Lalu dengan cepat 15 orang bersenjatalaras panjang masuk kedalam LP. seorang memaksa petugas menyerahkan kunci sel 4 tahanan tersebut. Lalu sekelompok orang bersenjata itu menembaki 4 tahanan titipan Polda didepan 31 tahanan lainnya.
